Ingredients
- 30 ml White rum
- 30 ml Limoncello
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 5 ml Caster sugar
- 8 leaves of Mint
- Soda water
- Wedge of Lime
- Wedge of Lemon
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Add all the mint leaves and all the liquid ingredients except the soda water to a highball glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon.
Add a splash of soda water and top up with more crushed ice.
Garnish with lemon and lime wedges and a mint sprig.
