- 90ml Grapefruit juice
- 120ml Gin
- 30ml Kirsch
- 120ml White wine
- Zest of Lemon
- Ice cubes

Instructions
Shake all the liquid ingredients vigorously over ice until well frosted.
Strain into chilled glasses.
