Ingredients
- 25 Strawberries
- Half, small Pineapple
- 2 Tablespoons Icing sugar
- 30ml Maraschino
- 225ml Sparkling water
- 1 Bottle Champagne
- Mint
- Slices of Strawberries

Instructions
Peel and crush the pineapple and hull the strawberries.
Put the fruit and sugar into a large punch bowl.
Add a little water and crush together.
Add the maraschino and sparkling water and mix well.
Top up with the champagne and decorate with the mint leaves and strawberry slices.
