Ingredients
- 4-6 Crushed Ice cubes
- 90ml Golden rum
- 120ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Coconut cream
- 7 Strawberries
- Wedge of Pineapple

Instructions
Put the crushed ice in a blender. Add the rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.
Hull 6 strawberries and add to the blender. Blend until smooth and pour without straining into a tall, chilled tumbler.
Decorate with the pineapple wedge and remaining strawberry.
