Ingredients
- 450 g Strawberries
- 125 ml Coconut cream
- 600 ml Pineapple juice

Instructions
Reserve four strawberries to decorate. Halve the remainder and place in the blender.
Add the coconut cream and pineapple juice and blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses and decorate with the reserved strawberries.
