Ingredients
- Crushed Ice cubes
- 60ml Lemon juice
- 2.5ml Simple syrup
- Half Peach
- Sparkling water
- Raspberries

Instructions
Peel, stone and chop the peach.
Blend crushed ice in a blender with the lemon juice, sugar syrup, and chopped peach until slushy.
Pour into a chilled tumbler, top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
Decorate with raspberries.
