Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Icing sugar
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 5ml Water
- 60ml Blended whiskey
- Ice cubes
- Wedge of Orange

Instructions
Put the sugar into a mixing glass.
Add the lemon juice and water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour in the whiskey and stir to mix.
Half fill a small chilled tumbler with cracked ice and strain the cocktail over it.
Decorate with the orange wedge.
