Ingredients
- 2.5ml Icing sugar
- 30ml Ginger ale
- 60ml Blended whiskey
- Sparkling water
- Peel of Lemon

Instructions
Put the sugar into a chilled tumbler and add the ginger ale. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Fill the glass with cracked ice. Pour over the whiskey.
Top up with sparkling water. Stir gently and decorate with the lemon peel.
