Ingredients
- 4-6 Crushed Ice cubes
- 60ml White rum
- 15ml Blue curaçao
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Coconut cream
- Wedge of Pineapple

Instructions
Put the crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the liquid ingredients. Shake vigorously until well frosted and strain into a chilled wine glass.
Decorate with the pineapple wedge.
