Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 22.5 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Elderflower cordial
- 6 - 8 leaves of Mint
- Soda water
- Wedge of Lime
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a highball glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon.
Add a splash of soda water and top up with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
