Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 5 cubes Cucumber
- 6 leaves of Mint
- Soda water
- Slices of Cucumber
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a highball glass and muddle.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and churn.
Top with soda water and garnish with cucumber slices and a sprig of mint.
