Ingredients
- 30ml Crème de banane
- 30ml White rum
- Few drops Angostura Bitters
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling wine

Instructions
Shake the crème de banane, rum and Angostura bitters well over ice.
Pour into a chilled glass and top up with sparkling wine to taste.
