Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 22.5 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Egg white
- Soda water

Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake without ice for 10 seconds.
Take the shaker apart, add cubed ice, and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda water.
