Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 60ml Gin
- 30ml Lime juice
- Soda water
- Slice of Lemon

Instructions
Fill a chilled highball glass or goblet with cracked ice.
Pour over the gin and lime juice.
Top up with soda water.
Stir gently to mix and decorate with a lemon slice.
