Ingredients
- 60 ml White rum
- 30 ml Dark rum
- 30 ml Golden rum
- 30 ml Falernum
- 30 ml Lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Wedge of Pineapple
- Ginger

Instructions
Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the white rum, dark rum, golden rum, falernum and lime juice and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Strain the cocktail into tall, chilled tumblers.
Top up with ginger beer and decorate with pineapple wedges and ginger.
